WIA Scanner for Windows

An easy-to-use bar code scanner in the palm of your hand

WIA Scanner is an all-in-one application to add bar-code scanning functionality to your Windows desktop. Just install and you are ready to scan almost all types of bar codes including most common bar codes. What’s more, it can also be used to capture images from web pages, documents or other images. When scanning images, it can set the orientation as you want. It is also able to capture images at a specified page or size, which can be scaled before saving the captured image. If you capture images using a webcam, WIA Scanner can rotate and scale the image automatically. All images are saved in JPG format. Although the application is simple and easy to use, it is still packed with features, including an integrated web server. By default, the server is set to port 80 so you can also use the application to access the contents of any websites without browsing through a web browser. You may also specify a custom port if necessary. The application is still in development and does not have any annoying advertisements. If you encounter any bugs, please let me know.
